As President & Founder of LCP, Jake oversees corporate strategy, investor relations, and the acquisition team. He has successfully completed more than 60 transactions over his career. He has led the company in acquisitions across the country including multi-family, retail, office, hospitality, land entitlement and development – with a primary focus on industrial. Jake’s primary focus is on delivering investors exceptional risk-adjusted annualized returns.Innovative and energetic, he has a knack for helping property sellers with creative approaches to meet their varied needs and excels at implementing tax-efficient strategies, but what else would you expect from a CPA.
Outside of LCP, Jake is spending time with his five delightful kids and wonderful wife in Boulder, CO. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida, where he received both Master and Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting, with additional emphasis on Economics. When Jake isn’t helping wrangle his tribe of kids, you can find him riding his mountain bike, hiking (he has climbed 24 fourteeners) or snowboarding.
