Carlene joined the LCP family in July 2022 as a Real Estate Accountant, adding 8+
years of accounting experience to the team. Her most recent work has been
homeschooling her rambunctious elementary aged boys, and she’s thrilled to wet her
toes in the corporate world again.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Biola University and worked at two
large publicly traded companies before working at Unico Properties with LCP’s COO
Scott. When she’s not crunching the numbers, you can find Carlene enjoying life with
her wonderful husband in the Seattle area, keeping her berry and veggie garden free
from slugs and watching her two boys grow like weeds.
